A technician comes, looks, and tells you what is going on. If you go ahead with the repair, those $85 go into the work. If we do not repair, the visit fee remains. There are no coupons and no free-visit promotions.

A qualified technician comes to the house. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, oven, and range hood. The service call is $85. If you go ahead with the repair, that $85 is credited toward the work.

What it costs to walk in the door
The repair price is after we see it
We diagnose at the house, then we give you the cost before anyone picks up a tool. A clogged filter and a sealed-system fault are not the same job. No pressure to say yes in the kitchen.
Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Same-day emergency is possible when the calendar still has a window. It is a different price. Warranty is three months on our labor and on the parts we install. If the same fault returns, the return visit is not a new service call.

Before you book
Independent
Not a franchise, not a dispatch app, and not a call center that sends whoever is free. No manufacturer contract decides which part we sell you. If a repair will hold, we repair it.
After another technician
If someone already opened the machine, we can still look. Tell us when you call.
Repair versus new
If the work costs more than a new appliance, or the part is discontinued, we say so. That conversation happens in the kitchen.
How we are in your house
You know who is coming
The name of the technician and a two-hour arrival window, confirmed before the visit. Not a stranger in a four-hour window. Right now that is Viktor.
The kitchen is left as we found it
Shoe covers, the floor protected, the old part taken away. We photograph the area before an appliance is moved.
Quiet work
We work in houses where discretion matters. Nothing of your home is photographed or filmed without your word.
